BioABOUT
This is my personal journal. I mostly talk about my work, my life and post a crapload of pictures of my reserve. Most of my posts are public, but a few may be friends-only. Don't worry, you probably aren't missing much. :P
HERITAGE
My mother is Mohawk and my father is Plains Cree. I'm a CreeHawk. :) Hence the name. :P I live on a rez in The Middle of Nowhere, Saskatchewan. Wildlife uses my yard as a playground. :)
FAMILY
I'm a single mother to my beautiful daughter (codename: Angelface) and also to my sweet nephew (codename: Trouble). They are the loves of my life. I like to think I'm a good mother since they are relatively happy kids. ♥
I am currently residing with my sister, and she’s helping me out with the kids. She’s awesome like that.
HOBBIES
I used to draw cartoons, but not so much anymore.
I also take lots of pictures. In July 2007 I bought a Canon Powershot A460. I take lots and lots of pictures, mostly of my kids, but I also enjoy taking pictures of the plants and flowers and trees and wildlife in my yard and the surrounding area.
Most recently, my list of hobbies has expanded with my continuing interest in websites. I have a couple of personal sites and they keep me busy during down times. Which there never seems to be enough.
WORK
I also happen to be a self-taught computer technician and am currently working on getting my certifications (NO FRIGGIN’ TIME! - SOON though). At the moment, I am teaching a course online for other people to get their certification.
